ROXAS CITY-The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) has threatened to rescind the contract of a Pampanga-based contractor over extended delays in the construction of the P21 million-irrigation project in Barangay Jebaca, Maayon town, Capiz.

Capiz provincial irrigation officer Benedicto Denosta said Tombo Construction and Development Corporation had not even completed 10 percent of the project since it started the work in April 2002.
