CEBU CITY-Cebu Archbishop Ricardo Cardinal Vidal asked local officials not to drag fish vendors into their dispute over ownership of part of the P3.4 billion-worth South Reclamation Project (SRP).
"If there is a quarrel between two mayors, I hope it will just be relegated to the principles that they are discussing or fighting over... (and) will not go down to the affairs of our poor," Vidal told reporters here Thursday.
