THE ARTIST who executed the imposing mural of the first People Power Revolution at the Edsa Shrine is crying violation of intellectual property.
Nemi Miranda, the Angono-based muralist and sculptor, yesterday decried that his work had been restored without his permission and guidance, resulting in the complete alteration of about 60 percent of the original.
"This is sacrilege. Nobody should touch a painting without the consent of the artist. I'm still around after all," he said.
