MELBOURNE, July 30 Asia Pulse - Australia's biggest owner of gas pipelines, the Australian Pipeline Trust (APT) (ASX:APT), has agreed to pay A$206 million (US$144 million) to buy CMS Energy Corporation's interest in the Parmelia and Goldfields pipeline assets in Western Australia.
