Keith Brown Building Materials, the pro dealer based in Salem, Ore., has agreed to acquire Madras Builders Center. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Located in Madras, Ore., Madras Builders Center will become Keith Brown's 13th store and its first acquisition since 2000.
