Deith Group, Photo-Me move closer to merger.(UK NEWS)(Brief Article)

FURTHER details were emerging regarding the merger between the Deith Group and Photo-Me International as this magazine went to press.

The two companies will join forces in a cash and shares deal that will see Photo-Me become the majority shareholder in both companies.

It is hoped that the deal will be completed before the ATEI show, although at press time there were still a few details to be ironed out.

The belief is that Leon and Matthew Deith will remain at the helm of Deith Group and that the company names will not change to reflect the new situation.

Although no-one from either company would comment on the deal ...
