First, I'd like to thank you for a great issue ... November, 2005. I got some great take-away ideas. Second ... Have you ever heard someone say, "I can't work out this week. I'm going on a business trip."

As a veteran business traveler, I am disappointed by the absence of useful information that addresses health and fitness by an author who travels for a career.

Yearly, I travel over 200 days, eat in restaurants 300 times and still find time to exercise regularly (4 to 6 hours per week). I compete as an age-group athlete in triathlons. ...
