It is a true pleasure to be able to report that the tireless work of AMCHAM's dedicated staff has resulted in a new frontier for the Chamber in providing you, our members, with innovative business leadership. Our 2005 National Convention was an overwhelming success, bringing together the three presidential candidates from the major Mexican political parties. We also had policymakers and opinion-shapers from throughout North America. We were greatly honored that Roberto Madrazo, Felipe Calderon and Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador all participated in this forum--indeed, ours was the first major event of any business organization in Mexico to be attended by all three.
