Oxonica, a publicly traded international nanotechnology company, announced that it has completed its acquisition of Nanoplex Technologies, Inc., a developer of novel encoded nanoparticles. Nanoplex is to be renamed Oxonica, Inc.
"Nanoplex is now fully part of the Oxonica family," said Michael Natan, CEO of Nanoplex, "and we are excited to be part of a company bringing novel, best-of-breed, nanotechnology-enabled offerings with a solid IP foundation to the market."
