Feb. 10--Sirius Satellite Radio may have the self-declared King of All Media in Howard Stern, but rival XM now has the Queen of all talk shows.

And Oprah Winfrey has another $55 million.

Winfrey and XM yesterday announced a three-year, $55 million deal for a new XM channel, "Oprah and Friends," to which the ubiquitous Winfrey will provide 2-4/7 content and do a weekly show with her longtime colleague Gayle King.
