According to WBNS Channel 10 (Columbus), after showing callous disregard for the feelings of others, a Mifflin Township, Ohio, man tried to contact his mother after being shot by a woman whom he was trying to rob.

The wounded man was Kahlief Tye, a 19-year-old who was out of jail on bond for an earlier aggravated robbery charge. In the more recent incident, police say that he and an unidentified accomplice broke into the home of Aisha McGee of Columbus on December 27 at about 5:30 p.m. An article in the Columbus Dispatch stated that the men "broke the glass on the side door ... and let themselves in."

McGee's daughter woke her, telling her that intruders ...
