SAN ANTONIO -- SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC) today announced a new contract to provide IP telephony and network services to Texans Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative based in Richardson, Texas.

Under the terms of the three-year contract, SBC companies will deliver its SBC PremierSERV(SM) IP Telephony Advantage managed services for Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions supporting the Cisco Systems(R) Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data (AVVID) platform.
