NEW YORK, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- A Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll published Tuesday shows healthcare and withdrawal from Iraq are the top two concerns among U.S. voters.
A full 76 percent of 1,011 adults said increased healthcare access and lower costs were "an absolute priority," the Journal reported....
