MANILA, Jan 30 Asia Pulse - The Philippine Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) has expressed its support for the bill seeking to qualify the definition of endangered aquatic species and relax the prohibition against fishing or taking of rare, threatened or endangered species.
