(2) Here's a bill disguised as a check. Sign and deposit it and your company pays $27.50 per month for a listing on YP.com. The charge arrives with the customer's phone bill or is debited from the bank account into which the check was deposited.
(3) Hmmm. We see "renewal notice," "second notice," "urgent attention required," and "send payment today" on this order for 12 issues of Anesthesia & Pain Management Coding Alert. There's even an account number and an order number. Yet the recipient was taken aback. "l ...
