Steve Marker and Fred Goldsmith equalled the season's top game in the Plymouth City Super League, when they put together a 25-dart 1001 doubles game for a very impressive 40.04 average.

The landmark came in Ker Street Social Club's 11-2 victory away at The Elburton and, with Marker throwing first, the duo scored 95-100-100-100-140-180-180-70, before Marker hit double 18 at the first attempt.

The highest out-shot from the match was one of 109, executed by Elburton's Paul Nash.

League leaders Brookside had Tug Wilson (100x12) consistent throughout in their 10-3 win over Hill Park, while second-placed Friary Vaults …
