Jan. 27--Brother is suing brother in the latest legal action involving Waco-based Central Freight Lines.
Shareholder Ronald Moyes has filed suit against 11 defendants, including his brother Jerry Moyes.
He claims they "have operated CFL in a manner designed to enhance their own or Jerry Moyes' wealth, to the detriment of CFL and its shareholders." The suit was filed last week in 74th State District Court in Waco.
Patrick Curry, also a shareholder, joined Ronald Moyes in filing the suit, which names several Central executives, board members, Central Freight Lines itself and an entity called Southwest Premier Properties.
