NEW YORK -- Paul Jowdy has been named Vice President & Publisher of Bon Appetit, and Chris Mitchell returns as Vice President & Publisher of Details, it was announced today by Charles H. Townsend, President and C.E.O. of Conde Nast Publications. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Mr. Jowdy became Publisher of Details in September, 2005. Previously, he held positions as Associate Publisher of Vanity Fair and Advertising Director of Conde Nast Traveler. He earned a BBA from the University of Miami and lives in Manhattan.
