Sirenza Microdevices, a supplier of radio frequency (RF) components, announced that Christopher Crespi has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors.

The company also announced that director Peter Chung announced his resignation from Sirenza's Board of Directors effective April 1, in order to devote more time to his duties as a managing partner of Summit Partners.
