Two former administrators at the University of Colorado at Denver were indicted on charges that they embezzled money and gave it to two other employees who had accepted severance packages that were later rescinded.
A grand jury alleged that Mary Lou Fenili, former assistant vice chancellor, and Margaret Cozzens, former vice chancellor for student and academic affairs, illegally funneled $25,005 to Donna Lee and $15,000 to Marlene Smith.
