MIT recently dedicated what it calls the world's largest collection of brain scientists under one roof. The $175 million Brain and Cognitive Sciences Complex in Cambridge, MA will allow researchers to collaborate on some of the toughest neuroscience issues, from autism to lying.
The 411,000 square-foot center is designed to house 500 employees, most of whom already work at MIT. Importantly, the building was designed to maximize interaction, according to its architects, Charles Correa Associates and Goody Clancy.
