The Finnish fertiliser company Kemira GrowHow Oyj and the Danish agricultural distributor cooperative DLA Agro Group have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture in Denmark for fertiliser sourcing. Additionally, Baltic Agro Holding A/S, partly owned by the majority of the DLA Agro Group members, has acquired 50% of the shares of Kemira GrowHow's sales and marketing companies in the Baltic countries.
