Josie Hernandez's life crashes all around her much of the time. The 32-year-old director of public relations for Palm Beach Gardens-based Catalfumo Construction and Development Inc. is hard charging in her
career and in her personal life, whether she's skydiving out of an airplane or arranging for law enforcement officers to tear up a condemned motel for "search-and-rescue" practice. When asked about her goals in life, she's hardly modest: She hopes to one day direct the company.
"I'd love to kick Dan [Catalfumo] out of that president's chair," she jokes. "But vice president or senior vice president are positions that I will strive to get. In five years I want to sit here in the boardroom and direct where the company will be in the next five years."
