(From Czech News Agency)
PRAGUE, Jan 1 (CTK) - The lawyers of wanted businessman Tomas Pitr want to talk to the judge on his possible return to the Czech Republic on Monday, Nova television reported today.
Pitr told Nova today that he will most probably return to prove how "nonsensical" his case is, but he did not say when.
Pitr was originally to return from his planned family holiday in the Alps after this weekend, but he is considering his return after a Czech and an international warrant for his arrest were issued.
Police spokesman David Kubalak told Nova that if Pitr appears on Czech territory, he will be arrested and transferred to the court that issued the arrest warrant.
He added however that the police of any Interpol member state can also detain him.
Pitr's lawyers want to propose to the judge the conditions of Pitr's return to his homeland.
