13 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS COMPLETED IN AFGHANISTAN'S KUNAR.
ASADABAD, Jan 2 Asia Pulse - The American civil aid agency renovated the old building of the Central Bank of Afghanistan in Kandahar while 13 new projects were completed by the National Solidarity Programme in the Khas Kunar district of the eastern Kunar province.
Building of Da Afghanistan Bank, which was out of use in the past, was reconstructed by an American aid agency CAPT at the cost of US$317,000.
Chief of the Kandahar branch of the bank Fazal Ahmad Azami told Pajhwok Afghan News on Sunday facilities like computers and Internet had also been installed in the newly-renovated building. It also had firefighting equipment.
Meanwhile, 13 new reconstruction projects were completed at the cost of three million afghanis in the Khas Kunar district of the eastern Kunar province.
