NEW YORK -- Today, Miles Rapoport, former Secretary of the State of Connecticut and current president of Demos, a national voting rights and election reform research and advocacy organization, issued the following statement after U.S. District Judge Mark R. Kravitz ruled that the legislature should decide whether voters can register and vote on Election Day.
