MTNA leaders attend summit.(Association News)(Brief Article)
The eighth annual Summit for MTNA Leadership was held in Cincinnati, Ohio, September 16-18, 2005. Nearly 100 MTNA leaders, including state and division presidents, state and division presidents-elect, program chairs and the board of directors, attended the weekend of education, motivation and networking.
Plenary session topics included Generational Issues and Meeting Management, and overviews of the FOUNDATION FUND, Professional Certification Program, Competitions, Composer Commissioning and Code of Ethics.
Break-out sessions allowed leaders to share information with their divisions and similarly-sized states.
