Off the court, Tracy Patry can seem a little quiet and reserved. On the court, her play speaks volumes.

Patry, a 6-foot-1-inch sophomore from Andale, Kan.,is leading the Pittsburg State women's basketball team in points (17.3 ppg), rebounds (8.0 rpg) and minutes (32.0 mpg). Perhaps even more impressive is that she is doing all of this in her first year as a starter for the Gorillas. Patry was inserted into the starting lineup after junior forward Janelle Klein's shoulder surgery prevented her from playing this season.
