Dec. 16--As Waltham-based Charles River Broadcasting Co. finalizes a deal to sell its flagship radio station, WCRB-FM "Classical 102.5" in Boston, the company is also soliciting bids for its two Cape stations -- classic rock station WKPE-FM "104.7 The Rocket" and WFCC-FM "Classical 107.5."

The company has set a bid deadline of Dec. 20 for its Cape stations and its two Rhode Island stations, both sets of which are being offered as packages, according to Herb McCord, a CRB board member overseeing the sale process.
