As a result of acceptance of a guilty plea to the Joint Trial Board, in lieu of a hearing, the following members have been expelled from membership in The Ohio Society of CPAs:

* Willis H. Geyer, CPA (inactive) of Fairborn, Ohio, effective Feb. 14, 2004

* David W. Dern, CPA (retired) of Springfield, Ohio, effective Feb. 14, 2004

As a result of an investigation of an alleged violation of the code of professional conduct of The Ohio Society of CPAs and/or the AICPA, the following ethics case has been resolved by settlement agreement under the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program:
