In the Department of Health and Human Services' ongoing mission to create a nationwide electronic health information network, Secretary Michael Leavitt is putting many of last year's plans into action. Accompanying Leavitt's efforts, a massive compilation of private-sector input on the NHIN's interoperability has proven to be an invaluable wealth of information.
