HANOI, Jan. 18 Asia Pulse - Transport minister Dao Dinh Binh has asked the Government to restructure loss-generating Pacific Airlines by allowing the transfer of Vietnam Airlines' entire stake in the carrier to the Ministry of Finance.
In a letter sent to Prime Minister Phan Van Khai last week, Binh called for the adoption of a new restructuring plan for the joint stock airline and that the Government still needs to maintain and develop the company into a major airline....
