Need a Christmas present? How about a season pass to the local waterpark? Buy it before the holiday and you'll get a $5 discount. NR[H.sub.2]O in North Richland Hills, Texas, tried that incentive--and increased its season pass sales by a whopping 90 percent.
By encouraging patrons to partake in the season pass discount and using a variety of other vehicles to market the park, NR[H.sub.2]O was able to continue its family-oriented entertainment.
This is the second year that NR[H.sub.2]O has garnered the Best of Aquatics distinction for public sector waterparks. Its appealing features draw families together to relax in the wave pool, float around the endless river, or play in the five-level Frogstein's Splashatory play structure. The Splashatory comes with a 317-gallon beaker that tips water and more than 130 interactive water-play features including water cannons, tipping buckets and valves.
NR[H.sub.2]O also hosts weekly "Dive-In Movie" nights, Little Miss and Mister Hawaiian Tropic Pageant, Keeping Kids Safe ...
