NORTH WEST EUROPE: Large cargo propane has started to show a bit of activity but more in hope than actual requirements. A handy size cargo that was bid all week has been finally covered from within the buyers own system and the same buyer found no sellers for a prompt 20 kts c3 cargo to his bid of $523 and minus 3.
There still seems to be a overhang of cargoes to be shoe horned into available ullage for end Nov and early December and sellers are hoping that the present cold spell will start creating space. But in the mean time most players are judging the market to be in the $510-520 range.
