THERMO ELECTRON LAUNCHES NEW CUSTOMER DEMO FACILITY IN INDIA.
MUMBAI, Dec 1 Asia Pulse - Thermo Electron Corporation, the world leader in analytical instruments, has launched its new customer demonstration and training facilities at Powai here.
Thermo's Indian laboratory and life sciences headquarters, housed in a sprawling 7,000 sq ft area, is located at Hiranandani Gardens and the training centre is equipped with state-of-the art facilities and designed to introduce customers to its product offering, its President and CEO Marijn Dekkers said Tuesday night during the inauguration.
The centre was inaugurated by the Director of the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Dr Lalji Singh.
Dekkers said the company has invested US$2 billon in the last two years and established 30 such customer demonstration and training centres across the globe.
