America's largest, most prestigious fishing tournaments to reach 300 million households worldwide
FLW Outdoors announced today that it has given worldwide distribution rights (excluding the U.S.) of its "FLW Outdoors" program, now being broadcast on FSN (Fox Sports Net), to Matchroom Sport, an international television syndicate.
The "FLW Outdoors" show will be broadcast throughout the world in such countries as Germany, China, South Africa, Australia, Malaysia, Russia, Hungary and the United Kingdom. In total, "FLW Outdoors" will reach more than 300 million households outside the U.S.; making it the most widely viewed weekly outdoor-sports television show in the world. Through CCTV5, China alone will broadcast to 210 million households, while Germany and Russia will each reach over 30 million households. Negotiations with other international broadcasters are being finalized.
These shows will feature coverage of the Wal-Mart FLW Tour, Wal-Mart FLW Redfish Series and Wal-Mart FLW Kingfish Tour and will be broadcast in English with appropriate subtitles.
