NEW DELHI, Dec 1 Asia Pulse - Global real estate consulting firm Jones Lang LaSalle has devised aggressive plans to expand its Indian operation by doubling offices, besides increasing its headcount to 3,000 from the present 800 in the next three to four years - a pointer to the country's growing economic prowess.
"India is a lucrative investment destination for real estate business," the company's Country Head, Vincent Lottefier told here.
He said that in accordance with its strategy to provide support, including Pan-India quality advice to clients wherever they are, the realty firm will add six new offices in the next 24 months.
With the realty sector witnessing a boom in India, he said the company had decided to tap opportunities offered by Tier-III cities.
