JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- SunAmerica Focused Alpha Growth Fund (NYSE: FGF), a closed-end fund (the "Fund"), today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the declaration of a dividend in accordance with the Fund's policy.
The Board of Directors approved the dividend to be paid at a rate of $0.20 per share of Common Stock. The Declaration Date is November 30, 2005, the Ex-Date is December 13, 2005, the Record Date is December 15, 2005 and the Payable Date is December 29, 2005.
