Nov. 24--The Arlington Highlands shopping center has lined up familiar big-box names and favorite local restaurants for its opening next fall at the northeast corner of Interstate 20 and Matlock Road in Arlington.

Among the 75 retailers are Cost Plus World Market, Borders, and Bed Bath and Beyond. Also signed up are new restaurants of the Mexican eatery Mi Cocina and Kincaid's hamburgers.
