TREADWELL JONES has been designing aquatics facilities throughout the United States and Europe for more than 10 years. Currently director of Larkin Aquatics in Kansas City, Mo., Jones' experience includes working at Waveloch Tool and Die, and at Counsilman-Hunsaker.

ADOLPH KIEFER, a member of the Aquatics International Editorial Advisory Board, runs Adolph Kiefer and Associates in Zion, III. The Olympic gold medalist and swimming world record breaker also implemented safety guidelines and training for more than 13,000 naval swimming instructors to teach combat aquatics and survival in the water. He currently provides competitive facilities around the world with aquatic supplies.

TOM LACHOCKI'S Ph.D. in chemistry, experience as an aquatic chemist at BioLab and as a Certified Pool Operator instructor makes him an ideal judge for this year's Best of Aquatics contest, lie is the CEO of the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
