SARASOTA -- An investment software company in Sarasota settled charges leveled by the Federal Trade Commission by agreeing to alter its advertising regarding profits and risk.
In the settlement, Indigo Investment Systems Inc. and founder Frank Alfonso did not admit to any violations alleged by the FTC.
