More of us are shedding our fears about going under the knife to improve our looks but there are some nip/tuck truths your surgeon may forget to mention.
* Liposuction does not get rid of cellulite: you can improve it but remember it is partially a problem in the top layers of the skin.
Liposuction on the other hand removes fat from a deeper level.
* There is no such thing as scarless surgery: if you make an incision in the skin it will scar.
Surgeons can hide scars in folds but no one can claim invisible mending. How a scar turns out depends on individual healing.
