BEIJING, November 02, SinoCast -- The world's top-ranking PC maker Dell Inc has started a management reshuffle of its China operations setting new aims in one of the world's fastest growing PC markets.
Foo Piau Phang has chosen to resign from his position as president of Dell China, the firm announced yesterday.
David Miller, who has partnered with Foo since January in a joint leadership structure, will continue as president, directing Dell's business on the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
