The benefits of flexible working have encouraged the increased use of wireless technology by many UK small and medium enterprises (SMEs), according to research from British telco BT.

More than half of the SMEs surveyed use at least three examples of wireless technology, and BT has noted that companies in the sector put the appropriate training, security, business continuity and flexible working policies in place.
