ALTHOUGH the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia will soon be served by a modern four-lane dual carriageway highway, the region's property market will still depend on its overall economic landscape, a property developer said.
The eastern corridor, which includes states like Kelantan and Terengganu, looks promising since Barisan Nasional took over Terengganu from Pas in the last general elections, paving the way for greater development and progress in the states.
