Sources inform ''Globes'' that Bank Leumi (TASE:LUMI) will probably put its provident funds up for sale this week. The funds manage NIS 32.7 billion. Bank Leumi plans to split its provident funds' assets into two blocks, which it will sell separately.

No date has been set for the sale, and the two blocks might be sold on the same day. However, today's strike at Bank Leumi may affect the timetable.

Bank Leumi has invited all of Israel's large insurance companies and other parties to a presentation. Only Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. (TASE: CLIS) will not participate, because its …
