Skin doesnit breathe overnight, and hair doesnit grow faster while you sleep. Those are just old wivesi tales. But a good bedtime routine can improve your appearance the next day.
i Take it off. Remove makeup and dirt with a nonoily, gentle cleanser such as Cetaphil. You donit need a separate makeup remover unless you use waterproof makeup (a bad idea, in my opinion, because it often has to be scrubbed off). I like cleansing to be gentle so it doesnit irritate your pores.
