Bharti TeleVentures has announced a deal with four global BPO companies for outsourcing a majority of its customer service call centres. The four companies are Hinduja TMT (HTMT), MphasiS, IBM Daksh and Teletech India.

Bharti, with a total telecom subscriber base of 12.7 million as of 31 May 2005 and with a 60-percent annual growth in its subscriber base, had a difficult time managing its customer care centres without sacrificing focus on its core role of constant innovation for more customers.
