In the continuing story of Harvard University vs. a black female library assistant, the school has filed suit to make Desiree Goodman repay $3,319 for deposition transcripts and filing fees from her unsuccessful lawsuit.

In April a federal jury ruled that Harvard did not discriminate in passing Goodman over for 16 professional librarian positions at Harvard. She got only two interviews and no offers, allegedly because of discrimination due to her race and manner of dress.
