Our entire War Room staff spent two weeks in Tampa in late March scouting NFL Europe training camp. After watching several practices and four scrimmages, it became clear who were NFL-caliber players and who weren't.

We followed up that trip with film study from the first six weeks of regular-season NFL Europe games, and we now have a great feel for the players who might have improved their chances of competing at the NFL level.

We don't expect any of the NFL Europe players to make a significant impact in 2002, but there are several whose stocks are on the rise and a couple who might have blown golden opportunities.
